ek77 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Using Our Platform

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and ek77.plus ("ek77", "we", "us", "the platform"). By accessing ek77.plus, creating an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet or playing any casino or slot game, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply alongside any additional rules, guidelines or policies published elsewhere on ek77.plus — including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming guidelines and the bonus terms attached to individual promotions. In the event of any conflict, these Terms take precedence unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

ek77 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically — the "Last Updated" date at the top of the page will reflect any revisions.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use ek77.plus, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. ek77 does not permit access to users under 18 under any circumstances.
• You are registering as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of another person or any commercial entity.
• You are not registering a duplicate account. Each person may hold only one active ek77 account at any time.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement currently in force on ek77 or through a recognised third-party responsible gaming service.
• The personal information you provide at registration is accurate, complete and genuinely your own.

ek77 may request identity verification at any stage. If we are unable to verify your identity or if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account. Any balance held in an unverified or fraudulently registered account may be withheld pending investigation.

3Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ek77 login credentials. You should never share your username or password with anyone else. ek77 will not be held liable for any losses that result from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without your permission, you must contact our support team immediately. We will investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account while the matter is reviewed.

• You must not allow any other person to use your ek77 account.
• You must not use another person's account, even with their knowledge or consent.
• You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account while it is open.
• Keeping your contact details — including your email address — up to date is your responsibility. Important communications from ek77 are sent to the registered address.

ek77 reserves the right to close any account that has been inactive for an extended period. Prior to closure of an inactive account, we will attempt to notify the registered contact details. Any remaining PKR balance in a closed inactive account is subject to the terms in force at that time.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ek77 are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast and standard bank transfer. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are displayed on the Deposit and Withdrawal pages.

• Deposits are credited to your ek77 account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Delays caused by the third-party payment network are outside our control.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
• ek77 does not charge fees on standard PKR deposits or withdrawals from our side. Your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction fees — please check with your provider.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have been verified. Submitting false or incomplete verification documents will result in withdrawal suspension and possible account closure.
• We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where we have reason to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

5Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, ek77 offers bonuses, free bets, deposit matches and other promotional credits to users. All such offers are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific conditions attached to the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each offer is stated clearly at the point of claim.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered on sports markets with minimum odds of 1.50, or on eligible casino and slot games as specified in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without first meeting the stated wagering requirements.
• ek77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus at any time. If a bonus is cancelled before the wagering requirement is met, any bonus balance will be removed from your account but any real-money balance will be unaffected.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other method constitutes abuse and will result in bonus forfeiture and possible account closure.

6Sports Betting Rules

ek77 offers sports betting markets on cricket — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and ICC tournaments — as well as football, Esports and other sports as available. The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on ek77.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled by the user, except where an in-play cash-out option is available and the user chooses to exercise it.
• ek77 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, a data feed failure or human input error. In such cases, the stake is returned to the user's account balance in PKR.
• In-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. ek77 does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open at any specific time during a match.
• Match results are settled based on the official result confirmed by the governing body. For cricket, this includes Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) results in rain-affected matches where the governing body confirms the DLS result as official.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These are displayed in the betting interface before placement.
• ek77 reserves the right to limit or suspend betting on any market or for any user where we identify unusual betting patterns or where the integrity of an event is in question.

7Casino & Slots Rules

ek77's casino section includes live dealer games, table games and a slots library. All games are operated with random number generation (RNG) or live dealer mechanics as applicable to the game type.

• Game results are final once confirmed by the game system. Technical malfunctions void all affected game rounds, and the stakes for those rounds are returned to the player's balance.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to their own specific rules. Jackpot wins are paid in PKR equivalent at the time of win.
• ek77 does not permit the use of automated software, bots or scripts to play casino or slot games. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended.
• Live casino game rounds in progress at the time of a disconnection will be settled based on the information available to the live dealer system at the point of disconnection. ek77 is not responsible for losses caused by the user's internet connection failing during a live game round.

8Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

ek77 is committed to maintaining a fair environment for all users. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or using third-party details.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other users to guarantee outcomes, manipulate odds or exploit promotions.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using ek77 for money laundering, fraud or any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading or unverifiable identity information during registration or verification.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing ek77 staff or other users through any communication channel.

9Privacy & Data

ek77 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

• Your personal data is used to verify your identity, process transactions in PKR and provide customer support.
